Attention soldiers!!

Congratulations for enlisting into the Imperial Forces. You should be proud of this accomplishment, as we are proud to have you!

A few things to understand about our military will be included in this handbook. You must understand our general structure. Emperor Palpatine rules this galaxy with an iron fist, and we are the iron fist!! Lord Vader looks over everything we do. He expects perfection, and that is what we will give him!!

You must never underestimate the Rebel tyranny that is spreading across our galaxy. They are a real and dangerous threat.

As a soldier, you are expected to deal with Rebel scum daily, and eliminate any presence of it.

We, in the Imperial Forces, understand if you are not a fighting soldier. A soldier has many roles. From crafting fine wares for our civilians of the galaxy, or to fighting in the trenches with our most honorable men and women. Everyone has a place in the Empire.

Under Imperial Law, selling your wares to a Rebel is considered treason. Under Imperial Ethics and Code, it is unlawful to heal or aid in the recovery of a suspected rebel. You are to detain the subject immediately and report him. Every member of the Rebel Tyranny contains information. Its just a matter of how we extract that information.

If they refuse arrest, then your job as an Imperial Soldier will be to forcefully bring them, or eliminate them.

Be very untrustworthy of any civilian who you are unaware of their political stance. Rebels are terrorists, will do anything to have you murdered, and will steal the standard issued armor off of your back.

Remember, your job as an Imperial Soldier is first and foremost to serve the civilians of this galaxy. Sometimes this involves things not entirely exptected of a soldier. From helping old women across the starport, to teaching the law to young children.

Remember there are many other threats in the galaxy, such as an increasing wildlife population, or the spice-running of smugglers, that need our attention.

We all have families and friends. Treat our civilians as you would them. Remember, we are civilians as well, and must follow the same rules we enforce. Do not be caught carrying such paraphanalia as spices or sliced goods. Treachery within the Imperial Ranks is not handled gently.

With hard work and dedication, you will move through the ranks. In time, you will be in charge of other soldiers, and the future of our galaxy.
